Whether it be a rebrand, an interior space or a digital campaign, any project of any size starts with getting to know you and your company. To varying degrees we approach the task using a Discover - Define - Create - Deliver process based on the specific challenge. The process below is the most granular. Things are likely to be simpler.
DISCOVER

Preconceptions are left at the door. We begin with understanding your company and culture in an immersion and fact finding process. We assess our findings to ensure we fully understand the opportunities and any pitfalls. This means we will be addressing the correct brief and answering the right questions.

DeFINe
During data gathering we create personas and attributes. We identify pain points and opportunities. We define the creative territories we can own. We create a shopping list of workable propositions and concepts. We choose the ideas that will resonate most effectively with our audiences, that will convert emotional responses into real-life action.

Create
We start ideas generation. The sky's the limit at this stage - scripting, storyboarding, video, UX/UI and concepts are generated. The more creative the better. We put markers and post-it notes in hands and get our thoughts on the walls, collecting input and  getting buy-in from the wider group. We listen carefully, distill ideas and apply the feedback to creative iterations.
Deliver
Where required we Identify third parties and partnerships to help produce content. With campaigns, we deliver ideas, posts and paid advertising, deploying them into the most suitable media channels. We will adapt our content and messaging strategy based A/B testing results, engagement and conversion.
We track our learnings and assess where we are from our a new vantage point, noting what we've learned and carry our experiences and insights into the future projects.
